I am a passionate clinical psychologist dedicated to enhancing mental well-being and nurturing personal growth. My professional experience includes roles with Tū Māia (Regional Youth Forensic Service at Health New Zealand), Sidra Medicine’s CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health) unit in Qatar, and South Africa’s Department of Correctional Services. In my most recent role, I conducted neurodevelopmental and cognitive assessments with Starship Community at Te Whatu Ora, Health New Zealand. These experiences have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding across the domains of clinical, correctional, youth forensic, and neurodevelopmental assessment domains. Currently, I work contractually for the ADHB and in private practice.

I offer tailored assessment and treatment for individuals across age groups, encompassing adults, adolescents, and children aged 7-18. My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Brief Dynamic Therapy, and Mentalization Therapy.  

I am equipped to assist with: mental health assessment, neurodevelopmental disorders and intellectual disability evaluation, peri-natal/maternal mental health, trauma and mental injury interventions, major depressive and anxiety disorders, refugee mental health, adjustment difficulties, and general mental health and well-being. I provide specialized trauma intervention and assessment services through ACC sensitive claims and psychological services.

• Certificate in Youth Forensic Psychiatry, Medical and Health Sciences

• Masters Social Science, Clinical Psychology (First Class Honours)

• Bachelor of Social Science Honours Psychology (Summa cum Laude)

• Bachelor of Social Science Honours Industrial Relations

Fees and Payment

Assessment and therapy sessions are priced at $210 (inclusive of GST) per hour and are payable via an online link within five days of your appointment.
