I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years working within public and private mental health settings.
Therapy offers a safe space to talk honestly and openly about life challenges, and the impact these are having on your thinking, feelings and behaviours.
In a compassionate accepting and collaborative environment I help clients make better sense of their current situation and be supported to make sustainable positive change.
I work from a wholistic well-being approach that takes into account the interconnectedness between all the various aspects of health (physical, mental, emotional, social and intuitive).
Fundamental to my approach is the trust in each person’s inner wisdom to guide the process, and their capacity for self-healing.
