With my background in growing up in China, immigrating to New Zealand as a teenager, working across various social and health settings, and living in a multicultural family, I offer a deep understanding and empathy for your unique experiences.
I specialise in helping teenagers and young adults navigate challenges like life transitions, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulty fitting in, and feelings of isolation. My approach focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your interests and experiences. By combining evidence-based techniques with holistic therapies, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we’ll work together to incorporate your passions and experiences into your daily life, supporting to build your self-confidence, deepen social connections, and improve your overall well-being.
