I believe our health and wellbeing is dependent on the inter-relationship between mind, body and soul. My approach to therapy is holistic and includes understanding and managing our thoughts and emotional world, listening to our bodies, building supportive relationships and discovering how we can live to our full potential.
Life can be complicated, stressful and challenging. We all face struggles from time to time. Therapy can help us become aware of how and why we become stuck, identify the barriers to moving forward and learn new skills to better manage difficult and painful thoughts and feelings and change unhelpful behaviours.
It is courageous to reach out for help. My hope is that I can support you to set the foundation for moving forward in the direction you want to go and create a rich and fulfilling life grounded in values and driven by purpose.

I have worked across a range of settings including Child and Adolescent Community Mental Health, ProCare Psychological Services, Private Practice and an NGO mental health service. I currently work with adults 16 years and over.

$210 for an initial assessment (90 minutes)
$190 for therapy appointments (60 minutes)
Payment is by invoice and online banking.
