Amy is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working with individuals aged 16 and older. Amy has a warm, empathic and engaging therapy style and believes in tailoring her approach to the unique needs of the person. She works collaboratively with clients to assess and treat a range of mental health difficulties including; anxiety, depression, PTSD, emotion regulation difficulties, stress and adjustment, and OCD. She draws on several evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy.
